In Summer 2024, Zaarvel took a major step forward by investing in advanced IT systems, launching a cutting-edge e-commerce platform, and implementing a sophisticated tour management system. Alongside these technological advancements, the Zaarvel team expanded, setting the foundation for ongoing innovation and continuous improvement in customer experience.
New Horizons
January 2024 marked the launch of Zaarvel's first independent Umrah. The year also saw the introduction of Bosnia group tours, the UK's first all-Muslim glamping site in Essex, and plans for 10 Al Aqsa tours, along with Zaarvel’s second Umrah tour.
2023: Recognition and Leadership
Marking a significant milestone, Zaarvel was invited to serve as the Group Leader for Hajj 2023, a testament to the company’s exceptional customer service.
Strategic Partnerships
Zaarvel partnered with Hasan Travel & Tours, specialists in Hajj and Umrah, to lead their group to Al Aqsa. This collaboration extended to a few select partners who shared Zaarvel's commitment to excellent customer service.
Growth and Awareness
In 2017, Zaarvel continuously improved its services and played a significant role in raising awareness about Al Aqsa. This was achieved through pop-up exhibitions, local radio talks, and appearances on Islamic TV shows. Al Aqsa tours quickly became the core focus, leading to the introduction of high-quality, monthly, guided trips.
The Beginning
Zaarvel was founded, initially offering day trips from Leicester to London. The company soon expanded its horizons to include adventure tours to Morocco, Spain's Andalucia, and a spiritually enriching journey to Al Aqsa.
