Zaarvel Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Zaarvel. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your use of our website and the travel services we offer. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

If you have any questions or require further clarification, feel free to contact us before proceeding with your booking. These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy and booking conditions, form the basis of your contract with Zaarvel.

Booking and Payment

  1. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required no later than 8 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise agreed. If full payment is not received by the agreed date, Zaarvel reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
  2. Cancellations
Cancellations made by the customer must be in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, and cancellation charges may apply, which are outlined in our cancellation policy.
  3. Al Aqsa Cancellations
For Al Aqsa Tours, in the event of flight cancellations by the airline, customers will be entitled to a full refund. This applies only to cases where the airline cancels the flight. If a cancellation is made by the customer or for reasons not involving airline cancellation, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

ATOL Protection

  1. ATOL Protection Disclaimer
Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. However, ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Before making your booking, this website will provide you with information regarding the protection that applies to each holiday and travel service offered. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but not all parts of your trip are listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. For more details, please refer to our booking conditions or visit www.caa.co.uk for further information on financial protection and the ATOL Certificate.
  2. Your Financial Protection
When you purchase an ATOL protected flight or flight-inclusive package from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This certificate will list what is financially protected, provide information on what this protection means for you, and include contact details should anything go wrong. If an ATOL holder issues a receipt for payment, they must clearly identify which portion of the money is protected by ATOL and which, if any, is not.

Travel Insurance

  1. Insurance Requirements
Zaarvel strongly advises all customers to have adequate travel insurance that covers cancellation, personal accident, medical expenses, and repatriation. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are adequately insured.
  2. Failure to Obtain Insurance
Failure to provide proof of adequate travel insurance may result in refusal of service. Zaarvel will not be held responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of insufficient insurance coverage.

Changes to Your Booking

  1. Amendments by You
If you wish to change any part of your booking after it has been confirmed, you must inform us in writing. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Any changes made may incur additional fees.
  2. Changes Made by Us
Occasionally, we may have to make changes to your travel arrangements, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If significant changes are necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you alternative arrangements or a full refund.

Liability

  1. Zaarvel's Responsibility
Zaarvel will take every care in the organisation of your holiday. However, we will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as but not limited to, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.
  2. Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure you have all the necessary travel documents, visas, and vaccinations prior to travel. We will not be held liable for any losses incurred due to failure to comply with these requirements.

Data Protection

  1. Use of Personal Information
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  2. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and will not be liable for unauthorised access or disclosure.

Complaints and Disputes

  1. Making a Complaint
If you have any complaints during your holiday, you must inform us immediately so we can resolve the issue. If you remain dissatisfied, you must submit your complaint in writing within 28 days of your return.
  2. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, we will refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with UK law.
